PlatinumGrid fully supports grouping of results sets by one of more columns. Grouping can be set programatically via the GroupBy property, or the user can select which columns to group by in the grid itself.

To group by a certain column, simply drag the column's header into the group bar, the area that says "Drag and drop column header here to group results".

To turn off grouping for a certain column, simply drag it back out again.
